enhance the bus-riding experience for families in the Sullivan West community.
As a parent, you will see few changes in the new school year:
• All routing and transportation matters will now be handled directly by First Student. We can be reached at 845-482-4448.
• We are providing an additional method for contacting our operations staff through “First Feedback”, where parents can submit questions, suggestions,
compliments and complaints. www.firstfeedback.com
• A bus tracking app, ParentView, will be rolled out to allow parents to access the location of their child’s bus so they can plan their day and stay connected.
o The ParentView app will allow you to set up notifications for up to three
members of your household to be notified when the bus is approaching.
o A notification feature will allow our operations staff to push messages to
ParentView users if your bus is delayed by inclement weather or other
issues along the route.
