If you are a parent or guardian of a child aged 3 through 21 who is living in or attending a public or private school within the Sullivan West Central School District and believe that your child may have a disability, please contact the Student Services Office at (845) 482- 4610 x3009.  Please register in the District and contact the office to meet with a representative from the Student Services office.
