Sullivan West Central School District is a PK12 rural district in the Catskills bordering the Delaware River. It consists of two buildings, an Elementary building in Jeffersonville, NY housing grades PK-6 and a Secondary building in Lake Huntington, housing grades7-12. We have around 1050 PK-12 students. Sullivan West includes eight towns and spreads over 250 square miles with lots of natural beauty. New York City is only 90 miles away and our School District is home to fine music, art, museums, restaurants, and Bethel Woods, the original site of the 1969 Woodstock Festival.
 
Administrative and Teaching Positions
All administrative level and teaching positions, including teaching assistants, should submit an application through the Online Application System for Educators (OLAS) website. To participate in the OLAS system, an online account must be created and an online application completed.
 
Civil Service Positions
Many positions in the district require civil service qualification. These include:  
  • clerical positions
  • food service workers
  • custodial workers
  • maintenance workers
